Mindful Parenting

This is a seven week mindfulness program that parents can use to support their child's positive mental health and well-being.
We will explore how to bring the practices of mindfulness, self-compassion, kindness and gratitude into your parenting.
In the initail sessions we will learn and practice mindfullness and then move onto using mindfullness in our everyday lives with our children.
